Qualification
Required
Active Colorado Property & Casualty License is required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an insurance or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed client expectations
Strong analytical skills and the ability to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to support and achieve collective goals
Proficiency in using insurance management software and customer relationship management tools
