Responsibilities

Execute CAR-T cell processing on donor materials

Culture, maintain, and differentiate pluripotent stem cells and RPE cells in 2D and 3D bioreactor systems

Support process improvement and characterization studies for CAR-T, PSC, and RPE processes

Document experiments accurately in Benchling ELN following GDP

Review and approve completed experiments and manage data transcription into central systems

Analyze data and assist with preparation of experimental protocols, reports, and presentations

Manage laboratory materials, inventory, and coordinate sample shipping across internal and external teams
