The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to automate and streamline the software delivery lifecycle, focusing on improving the stability, reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, primarily Azure DevOps) to automate the build, test, and deployment of applications
Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes or similar technologies
Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog) to ensure system health and performance
Troubleshoot production issues, perform system upgrades, manage backups, and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested
Implement security best practices throughout the development lifecycle (DevSecOps), including vulnerability scanning and managing access controls
Work closely with software developers and IT operations teams to ensure smooth and rapid releases and a reliable operating environment
Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

Required

5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or similar role
Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure)
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Docker
Demonstrated experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools - Azure DevOps preferred
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement
