Responsibilities

Ensure ongoing compliance and certification of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001 standards

Drive process standardization efforts to align cross-functional standard work documents

Lead ISO certification extension projects for new repair and field service facilities

Oversee the Process Quality team focused on compliance, process development, and continuous improvement

Support Supplier Quality Engineer within the team to develop supplier selection, risk assessment, onboarding, and performance monitoring processes

Develop strategic initiatives designed to advance the organization’s maturity in process and operational excellence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations

Monitor and report on key process indicators to ensure continued improvement and compliance

Facilitate training sessions for staff on updated quality standards and procedures

Perform internal audits to verify adherence to established process controls and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with external auditors to support periodic assessments and maintain certification status
