Regional Marketing Director
Synerfac Technical Staffing is a leader in the home services industry, and they are seeking a Regional Marketing Director. This role will be responsible for executing localized marketing programs to drive revenue growth across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines while collaborating with centralized marketing teams and local operations leaders.

Responsibilities
Build and execute regional marketing plans that align with brand standards and growth targets
Customize hyperlocal messaging and offers to improve relevance and response in each market
Own the regional promotional calendar and ensure seasonal campaigns are coordinated across service lines
Increase lead volume for service, install, and membership through integrated, multi-channel programs
Strengthen and optimize local lead sources (direct mail, grassroots efforts, events, partnerships, and market-level media extensions)
Collaborate with digital and media partners to improve return on ad spend across paid search, social, display, OTT, and related channels
Expand local visibility through community sponsorships, partnerships, and events that build trust and brand recognition
Support online reputation efforts and help improve performance across review platforms
Ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint (fleet graphics, signage, local collateral, and regional assets)
Partner with internal subject matter experts and local leadership to align goals, priorities, and performance expectations
Manage relationships with outside vendors, agencies, and community partners supporting local initiatives
Track performance across key metrics (lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI) and provide clear insights to leadership
Use data to recommend optimizations, improve efficiency, and refine strategy based on results
Help manage and forecast large marketing budgets in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
Participate in periodic travel and occasional evening/weekend activities tied to events or time-sensitive campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally supporting multi-location or regional growth
Background in home services, skilled trades, franchise systems, or similar field-based operations strongly preferred
Proven ability to drive demand/lead generation through cross-channel campaign execution
Strong project management and prioritization skills with comfort balancing multiple initiatives at once
Analytical mindset with experience monitoring performance metrics and translating results into action
Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with remote corporate teams and on-site operational leaders
Hands-on experience with common marketing tools and platforms (analytics, CMS, email/SMS, social platforms, etc.)
Experience managing substantial marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, forecasting, and ROI discipline
Preferred
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (examples: ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Working knowledge of local SEO, PPC, and performance marketing best practices
Familiarity with direct response approaches and evaluating campaigns based on measurable outcomes
