New Grad, Entry LevelJMA Pediatrics is currently hiring for a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist patients and their families on weekends. The role involves managing appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualification
Required
Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
Strong problemsolving abilities and patience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
Positive candidate to enhance in JMA Pediatrics positive team work
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
a degree in a relevant field is a plus
