Associate/Vice President, Investor Relations

The Investor Relations Associate/Vice President will support capital raising initiatives and engage with institutional investors while maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Leverage existing relationships and networks to identify and engage prospective investors
Conduct proactive outreach, including calls, meetings, and events to engage both current and prospective investors
Stay informed on market dynamics, investor behavior and advisor trends to inform strategy and messaging
Developing investor presentations and offering memoranda (PPMs, DDQs, pitchbooks, etc.) based on a comprehensive understanding of Cirrus’ investment vehicles and the nature of the target audience
Collaborating with Senior Management and Investor Relations Managers to manage the due diligence process for potential investors
Overseeing and collaborating on the completion of RFPs, RFIs and regular information updates issued by consultants and institutional investors regarding fund investments and co-investments
Proactively performing in-depth research on real estate markets and asset classes
Gathering transaction-level and market updates from the investment and asset management teams, crafting them into cohesive and well-themed briefs for marketing materials or interim client updates
Analysis of profitability of new investment vehicles including commingled funds, co-investments and separately managed accounts
Provide research support for senior team members and for presentations to senior management
Qualification
Required
Have deep existing institutional investor relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a STEM-related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think strategically and to present information in a clear and concise manner is critical
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
The ability to communicate effectively across all functions and with senior management
Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in (i) real estate private equity capital raising; (ii) commercial real estate brokerage; and/or (iii) real estate investment banking with an emphasis on market research and financial analysis
Strong understanding of finance/real estate finance concepts
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
