Human Resources Manager

LHH is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources for their client's organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management programs
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Drive employee engagement and training programs to support professional growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
