Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
