Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Provide customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service information
Manage client services interactions with a focus on building positive relationships and enhancing customer loyalty
Perform data entry accurately into company systems, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new products/services as needed
Process transactions involving cash handling when applicable, ensuring accuracy and security
Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications efficiently for daily tasks
Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience

Preferred

Customer service or client services roles
Fluency in English with additional language skills such as bilingual or multilingual capabilities

Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
Knowledge of sales, customer support, and effective phone etiquette
