Calendaring and docketing all case-related deadlines
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Submitting filings in federal and state courts
Working in a confidential environment while supporting multiple matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Professionalism
Excellent proofreading skills
Excellent transcription skills
Minimum typing speed of 65 wpm
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Proficiency in Adobe
Preferred
Experience with CaseMap
