Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of creative strategies that support brand and marketing objectives

Oversee all aspects of creative production, including design, video, photography, copywriting, pre and post-production planning, staging scouting, writing, editing and producing, and print/digital asset creation

Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative deliverables meet project requirements and organizational standards

Implement and optimize workflows, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency and quality in creative production

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all creative projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in creative services and production

Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and supports the organization’s strategic goals

Measure and report on the effectiveness of creative assets in driving engagement and business outcomes
