They are seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to support deal evaluation and project follow-through across their portfolio, ensuring quality control and execution once strategic direction is set.

Responsibilities

Perform market research, rent and sales comps, and competitive analysis

Evaluate demand drivers, absorption, and submarket dynamics

Support acquisition, value-add, and development underwriting

Build and maintain project-level pro formas

Analyze returns (IRR, equity multiple, yield on cost)

Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis

Track forecast vs. actual performance at the asset and portfolio level

Coordinate and track due diligence processes and timelines

Organize inspections, reports, and documentation

Assist with acquisition, disposition, refinancing, and lease transactions

Review and edit leases and transaction documents

Support active development and value-add projects

Track deliverables and ensure follow-through

Assist with property tours, site visits, and lender/investor materials

Maintain organized digital records and reporting

Act as a backstop to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Translate high-level direction into executed tasks

Improve systems, templates, and workflows over time
