Responsibilities
Run B2B sales starting with hospitality and retail
Sell an initial 'robot lab' package that allows clients to experiment with robots on one property
Provide follow-up service to encourage bulk orders in 2027
Sell starter packages that include robots and on-site setup, training, and custom configuration
Generate detailed reports on trial periods and create plans for expansion
Qualification
Required
You MUST have at least ten years in institutional marketing and sales, ideally selling innovative products and pilots rather than just software systems
You should have made some sales to corporates that own many properties
My ideal person can sell to large hotel and resort chains, hospital groups, or large luxury retailers, malls, or high-end residential buildings
You MUST have sold pilot projects - that's what we sell
Pilots in the $500k-$1.5m range
You should be able to sell $10m the first year and $30-50m in the second year as you hire people (and build AI systems) to ramp up sales
