Regional Sales Manager
The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Regional Manager to implement strategies that inspire sales excellence and deliver growth. The role involves leading a team to support The Home Depot business and ensuring that sales and profit goals are met.

Responsibilities
Identify important partner relationships in effort to build strategic account partnerships and defined programs – emphasis is to improve share and revenue potential with a goal of supply exclusivity by building sales agreements
Develop and implement the profit plan for the assigned region and ensure that profit and sales goals are met
Analyze main performance metrics to ensure the region achieves goals
Collaborate with your team functions to provide field feedback on performance issues and customer requirements
Lead a team of outside sales members by implementing sales strategies and processes to engage current and new customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years proven experience managing a team and demonstrated experience selling success; 5+ years of selling experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, and territory reporting
Travel within the entire state is required
