Senior Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities
Lead supplier forecasting, capacity planning, and materials strategy in coordination with Operations, R&D, and Quality
Establish and manage supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure reliable supply of materials that meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
Direct procurement processes, monitor material flow, and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules and clinical programs
Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives across planning, sourcing, and logistics workflows
Act as company subject matter expert in NetSuite and implement system improvements to enhance business performance
Establish key performance indicators and lead the supply chain team to execute and deliver on performance targets
Lead S&OP process to optimize demand and supply of commercial, clinical and development products
Maintain full compliance with FDA, ISO, and QMS requirements; ensure traceability, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
Partner across Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to align supply chain activities with company goals and product milestones
Manage domestic and international shipping, warehousing, and distribution strategies to minimize lead times and costs
Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team as the company scales from development through commercialization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field required
7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management required, ideally within a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment
Deep knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, S&OP processes, and supply chain analytics tools. NetSuite expertise required
Proven success developing supplier partnerships and implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies
Working knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and other medical device manufacturing standards
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a hands-on, startup-ready mindset

APICS/CSCP or related certification strongly preferred
