Responsibilities
You will be heavily involved in cases from start to completion, including taking depositions, arguing motions and working directly with clients
The group works with an array of finance sector clients across the US, including banks, creditors, lenders, payment processors, fintech companies as well as those in the debt settlement and debt collection industries
You will also be given the opportunity and responsibility to develop your own network of clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience - ideally focused on consumer finance
Experience working with financial services clients is required
Consumer financial services experience is required
Licensed to practice law in at least one State
Excellent writing and case management skills
