Responsibilities
As Nutrien Financial Workstream Lead you will ensure the successful implementation of defect fixes and partner with Nutrien Financial Transformation Product Manager to ensure successful implementation of projects and enhancements
Maintain Nutrien Financial Service Now enhancement ticket backlog and partner with Nutrien Financial Transformation Product Manager on prioritization
Support review of Service Now tickets, development of opportunity documents, gathering and documentation of requirements, maintenance of business workflows, and creation of test scripts by Nutrien Financial teams
Partner with Nutrien Financial IT, and Nutrien Financial Transformation Product Manager as applicable, on solution design and sign off on design documents
Collaborate across teams to ensure solution design integrates into end-to-end processes
Support the review and sign off on design documents by business users and Nutrien Financial leadership
Support and sign off on test scenario definition and actively participate in applicable testing phases
Review and sign off on Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) results to ensure they meet requirements before subsequent test phases
Provide necessary information and training to Nutrien change management teams to facilitate OCM tasks
Validate defect fixes and enhancements in production systems
Act as Nutrien Financial liaison to Foundation Program teams, facilitating communication and supporting design decisions and testing
Maintain subject matter expertise on Nutrien Financial systems and new technologies
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
4+ years experience in financial services, accounting, operations, or related field
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI
Ability to present insights and recommendations to decision makers
Strong problem solving skills, adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying problems, proposing effective solutions, and providing leadership until the issue is resolved
Ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Detail orientation with excellent documentation, planning, organization, and time management skills
Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, and provide clear directions
Preferred
SAP FSCM and/or Loan Systems experience
System integration (SIT) and/or user acceptance (UAT) testing experience
Project and/or implementation experience
