Experience in insurance defense, construction defect, personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, premises liability and general Civil Litigation
Taking and defending depositions as lead counsel in seven+ figure, multi-party cases
Attending mediations, arbitrations and substantial law-and-motion experience with oral argument
Possess a strong work ethic, excellent leadership/teamwork among Associates and Staff, case management, communication, research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
5-10 years of experience practicing Civil Litigation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple cases
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with legal research tools and software
Excellent Leadership
