Responsibilities
Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and modernization initiatives across our cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and enterprise IT programs
Blend hands-on technical leadership with strategic pre-sales and business development support to advance contract delivery
Modernize legacy systems
Expand our AI-driven solution portfolio
Design and integrate AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency, security posture, and system interoperability
Actively support pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification, solutioning, and RFP/RFI development
Partner closely with delivery teams and the Business Development organization to support pipeline growth and capture success
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in data engineering, solution architecture, software engineering, or systems integration
5+ years of experience designing, deploying, or operating AI/ML systems, including MLOps pipelines
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and automation frameworks
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, with experience using AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, etc.)
Experience supporting system modernization, integration, or digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure software delivery environments
Proven experience supporting pre-sales activities, including technical proposal writing (RFPs/RFIs)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred
