Responsibilities
Build and maintain a trusted relationship with our internal business partners
Collaborate with business colleagues to brainstorm and shape ideas, define MVP requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications aligned with the long-term product vision
Capture complex business requirements and define corresponding solutions working closely with the business community
Build test scenarios and perform functional testing Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and suggest solutions
Support development defect resolution and/or operational/production incident and problem solutions
Support production incident and problem management and support production Go-Live activities
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on business analysis & data analysis
Ability to articulate complex issues to non-technical audiences
Excellent in analytical thinking for addressing business needs via data analysis solutions
Experience in data analysis using SQL
Preferred
Domain experience in the insurance industry, P&C insurance is preferred
Al/GenAl experience in prompt engineering is a plus
