Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive solutions to technical problems through the application of engineering analysis, principles, theories, and concepts
Develop skills to provide effective and complete solutions to complex problems involving multiple factors
Provide hands-on support for equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and return to operations
Participate in the engineering aspects of the specification, design, and implementation of solutions for new manufacturing equipment development from conception through end-of-life
Assist Project management in defining technical project milestones, measurement systems, and engineering resource requirements
Qualification
Required
Must have a Safety-first approach to all aspects of the position
Must have a working knowledge of equipment design and operational concepts
Must have the ability to communicate engineering and technical concepts to internal and external partners
Must have the ability to communicate assignment status to management
Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering design experience
SolidWorks skills a requirement
B.S. in Mechatronics, Mechanical or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Preferred
Proficient in the relevant technical skills and techniques
Practical understanding of the theoretical technical principles
A team player with the ability to collaborate with cross functional and international partners
