Corporate Catering Sales Manager
Chic Chef Catering is one of Chicago’s leading catering and event companies, known for bold international cuisine and high-touch service. They are seeking a Corporate Catering Business Development Manager to help scale their corporate business with a focus on house accounts and large-scale corporate events.

Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new corporate catering accounts including office campuses, warehouses, logistics firms, healthcare systems, coworking spaces, and national brands
Build recurring house accounts (daily, weekly, and monthly meal programs)
Target and develop large enterprise clients (distribution centers, regional offices, national brands)
Conduct outbound sales through email, phone, networking, and in-person visits
Lead tastings and presentations showcasing Chic Chef’s menu and capabilities
Develop customized proposals and contracts for corporate clients
Manage and grow accounts to drive repeat business and upsells
Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure smooth execution
Track pipeline and activity in CRM
Represent Chic Chef at networking events, tastings, and industry functions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of B2B sales, corporate catering sales, hospitality sales, or corporate services experience
Proven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts
Comfortable with outbound sales and relationship-driven selling
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Preferred
CRM experience preferred
Passion for food, hospitality, and client experience
