Marketing Coordinator

Confidential company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support commercial marketing initiatives with a focus on events, digital engagement, and marketing operations. The role involves coordinating event execution, managing social media, and administering HubSpot for marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Own all events and tradeshows end-to-end: planning, logistics, vendor coordination, booth setup, pre-show prep, on-site support, and post-show follow-up
Manage all social media channels (primarily LinkedIn), including content scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking
Serve as HubSpot administrator for commercial marketing: list management, workflows, data hygiene, reporting, and campaign support
Provide event, social, and HubSpot performance reporting to commercial leadership
Support the creation and maintenance of marketing assets, including updating collateral, managing shared libraries, and coordinating with internal sales teams, distributors, and external agencies
Coordinate internal communications related to major initiatives, announcements, and milestones

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or similar role
Hands-on experience planning and executing events and tradeshows
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
Experience managing social media platforms, preferably LinkedIn, including content scheduling and performance tracking
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and external partners
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
