Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking friendly and outgoing individuals who enjoy working in a fun environment. The Arcade Associate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Arcade Department.

Responsibilities

During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met

Maintain inventory levels in amusement games

Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes

Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests

Answers phone calls for all general inquiries

Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies

Conducts lost and found procedures by company policies

Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes

Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures

Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area

Required

18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED

Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment

Preferred

Open availability, especially nights and weekends
