Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for engineering, integration and delivery of the Prime Air drone vehicle system
This includes the design and development of hardware systems of the drone as well as platform level systems integration
As a technical leader, you will lead teams of top-notch mechanical, electrical, software and systems engineers to deliver high quality, aerospace grade product
As the leader responsible for developing an integrated product, you have experience developing an integrated product development plan and leading a team of senior engineering managers and technical program managers to execute to it

Required

10+ years of engineering team management experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience in system-level integration
12+ years of engineering experience related to aerospace product design and certification

Preferred

Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
Experience leading large projects through the full product development life cycle in a large, cross-functional team
Experience leading an Aircraft Integration program or team
