Responsibilities

Work with larger design team to develop a visual vocabulary that feels both social native, and quintessentially Blueprint

Collaborate with our social copywriter to develop a unique social voice that translates visually

Develop unique concepts that break through the crowded wellness space on social media

Design repeatable formats that our audience will want to return to again and again

Learn from the data: what stops a thumb for our audience? How can we do more of what works and less of what doesn’t while maintaining the blueprint ethos?

Ability to make someone laugh. For science

Develop elevated design concepts that demonstrate the efficacy of Blueprint products and the potency of our mission

Use performance insights to inform creative decisions across organic, email, and paid placements

Contribute to iterative design systems that allow us to test, learn, and scale without losing brand integrity
