They are seeking a Product Management Intern to evaluate product performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and design dashboards that enhance data-driven decision-making across product portfolios.

Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of Cinemark’s products and their key performance metrics
Conduct interviews with Product Owners to gather insights on product areas and data requirements
Research best practices for KPIs used in similar products across the industry
Map the current analytics ecosystem, including dashboards and data sources for all products
Identify critical KPIs lacking data coverage and work with appropriate teams to prioritize solutions
Present dashboard concepts and insights to IT leadership, providing recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
Currently a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior enrolled at an accredited university
Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and ability to engage business leaders
Self-starter with initiative and eagerness to learn
Naturally curious and proactive in problem-solving
Preferred
Familiarity with Power BI, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics preferred
