Responsibilities
Create a warm, professional, and organized client experience from arrival to departure
Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups with accuracy and confidence
Collect payments and explain plans of care clearly and respectfully
Provide hospitality touches that make people feel genuinely cared for
Support physical therapists with day-to-day clinic flow and communication
Assist with overflow sales conversations and client follow-up when volume is high
Serve as a reliable backup to our SDR, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks
Qualification
Required
You genuinely enjoy helping people and building rapport
You are organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
You communicate clearly and confidently, both in person and on the phone
You like having responsibility and ownership over your role
You enjoy being part of a high-performing team and contributing to something bigger
You want more than 'just a job' and take pride in doing things the right way
Preferred
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required
Hospitality, customer service, fitness, or boutique service backgrounds often thrive here
