Responsibilities
Creating and testing product coating formulations to meet customer and performance requirements
Conducting experiments and performing technical procedures to support new and existing product development
Planning and executing tests to ensure formulations meet critical-to-quality (CTQ) standards
Gathering and analyzing ideas from the internal R&D team to enhance product functionality
Evaluating test results and translating findings into actionable insights
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with customer needs
Qualification
Required
A current junior or current senior pursuing a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Ability to analyze structured data to identify patterns and trends in material behavior
Skilled in developing structure–property relationships to guide the design of next-generation materials
Strong foundation in materials science, data interpretation, and experimental analysis
