Responsibilities

Grow direct to driver portfolio through new sales and customer retention efforts
Drive growth by balancing account management with proactive new business development, leveraging cold calling, networking, and strategic lead generation
Obtain customer referrals to expand program footprint
Complete driver applications and submit for activation
Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
Manage daily schedule
Meet and exceed monthly sales quota and goals
Other duties and special projects as assigned

Required

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; inside sales experience is a plus, and experience in the transportation or logistics industry is highly desirable
Goal-oriented and motivated by success
Strong telephone presence with a proven ability to engage prospects through substantial phone-based communication; enthusiasm for cold calling and building relationships is essential
Effective ability to provide a professional company image to prospects
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage your time effectively
Experience working with Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate problem-solving and negotiation skills
High School diploma or GED

Preferred

Bilingual Skills Are a Plus But Not Required
