Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Deliver mail throughout the building/campus on scheduled routes
Interact professionally with internal customers and respond to inquiries
Use basic office software for tracking, communication, and reporting
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure mailroom environment

Required

Prior mailroom experience (required)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Strong customer service and communication skills (in person and via phone)
Comfortable working in a downtown office environment
Ability to lift, push, or pull: Up to 20 lbs regularly, Up to 50 lbs with team assistance
Ability to walk at a moderate pace for 45 minutes to 1 hour, twice daily
Professional appearance and demeanor

High School Diploma or GED (required)
