Start in 2026 SummerFederal Express Corporation is a leading logistics and delivery services company, and they are seeking a Learning & Development Intern for the summer of 2026. This internship will provide hands-on experience in instructional design and corporate education, where the intern will assist in creating engaging learning experiences for non-selling Commercial teams.

Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience
Participates in various networking and/or community service events
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher
Degree: Business Degree or related discipline
Ability to work productivity and productively, both independently and as a part of a team
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management
Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations
Preferred
Strong communication and writing abilities with a creative mindset
Experience creating interactive content (videos, simulations, games)
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and learn new tools
Interest in instructional design, corporate learning, or education technology
Familiarity with eLearning platforms, LMS tools, and Microsoft Office
Benefits
$2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship experience.
