Client Solutions & Product Marketing Sr. Manager
Flipboard is the world's first social magazine, designed to inform and inspire the world. The Client Solutions & Product Marketing Sr. Manager is responsible for driving revenue through pre-sale strategy, post-sale execution, and developing compelling go-to-market narratives for Flipboard's advertising products.

Responsibilities
Lead RFP responses and build media plans, proposals, and pitch decks
Partner with Sales on pitches, renewals, and strategic account planning
Create compelling sales narratives, audience insights, and GTM materials to support new and existing ad products (Keynote experience strongly preferred)
Train and support Sales and Revenue Operations teams on new products, features, and positioning
Own post-sale execution for priority accounts from kickoff through wrap-up
Serve as a senior client contact, delivering insights, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations
Analyze performance data and translate insights into client-ready storytelling for end-of-campaign reporting
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in partnership with Sales
Ensure strong campaign execution by collaborating closely with Ad Ops, Analytics, Creative, and Pricing teams
Establish strategy to position and promote new ad products, crafting differentiated messaging and value propositions
Develop go-to-market plans in partnership with Product, Revenue, and Marketing leadership
Create client- and market-facing content, including sales decks, media kits, case studies, and product narratives
Work closely with Marketing and PR teams to support key product launches and revenue initiatives
Synthesize market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product priorities and messaging
Manage and mentor a small Client Solutions team; review proposals, pitches, and client strategies
Act as a connective tissue across Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong project management discipline
Foster enthusiasm for Flipboard internally and externally through thoughtful communication and collaboration
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience in client solutions, product marketing, revenue strategy, or digital advertising, and experience managing and mentoring a small team
Proven experience successfully owning both pre-sale and post-sale workflows
Excellent written and visual storytelling skills; experience creating client-facing materials from scratch
Hands-on experience building sales decks and GTM materials (Keynote ideal, or PowerPoint)
Strong analytics skills; able to pull data from different data sources, analyze in Excel, including using Pivot tables and vlookups, and interpret analysis to get to insights
Experience in establishing, documenting, and rolling out efficient operational processes, as well as improving existing processes
Strong business acumen
Experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue teams
Proven project management skills; ability to coordinate across multiple teams toward a common goal
Self-starter who can work independently, wear multiple hats, and operate effectively in environments with evolving processes and priorities
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, start-up environment
Preferred
Startup or high-growth company experience
Mobile advertising, media, or agency background
Familiarity with self-service ad platforms (Meta, Google, Taboola, Outbrain)
Experience with ad-serving, order management systems, or campaign analytics tools (e.g. GAM, Boostr)
