They are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to maintain multiple project schedules, coordinate project requirements, and ensure projects progress to meet objectives. The role involves planning, implementing project schedules, and managing day-to-day activities while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement project schedules, allocate resources, prioritize accordingly, and manage day-to-day project activities to maximize efficiency

Create action and follow-up plans to manage risk and prevent delays

Coordinate engineering support for manufacturing, procurement, quality, sales, customers, and FAA

Update and report project ECDs regularly to stakeholders

Coordinate with business development and sales on upcoming projects and engineering capacity

Coordinate with design engineering and procurement for vendor selection, PO issuance, and part tracking

Light oversight of design process including some understanding of GD&T, design process, and internal requirements

Light oversight of certification process including some understanding of FAA regulations, PMA submittal procedures, and internal package requirements

Manage data tracking tools and progress against metrics and KPIs

Identify opportunities to improve project objectives such as development timing, cost, quality, etc

Any other duties as requested
