Must have knowledge of 2-cycle small engines
Basic computer skills to access information online
Provide high-quality repair services on all work orders
Ensure the safe use of equipment & tools
Responsible for completing all warranty paperwork in a timely manner
Responsible for communicating special order parts for all work orders
Responsible for completing service work in a timely manner
Provide a safe environment by keeping work areas clean & organized
Possess strong communication skills as customer interaction may be frequent
May be required to cross-train and perform other duties
Ability to participate in the equipment sales process is highly desired
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of related professional experience
Knowledge of 2-cycle small engines
Basic computer skills to access information online
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Ability to stand for an extended period of time
Able to walk, reach, climb ladders, and bend to perform job duties
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
Preferred
Stihl certification is preferred but will train as necessary
Ability to participate in the equipment sales process is highly desired
