Responsibilities

Ensures the P&T Supply Chain is optimized for profitability while functioning in full support of continued sales growth

Manages Director of Quality, Director of Warehousing and Transportation Manager

Collaborates with Director of Purchasing to maximize return on inventory investment

Oversees negotiations with vendors

Supports Director, Warehousing towards improving customer service, while improving efficiencies within the warehouse operation

Develops quarterly goals of warehouse improvement, reporting on progress to the Chief Operating Officer

In cooperation with the Transportation Manager, negotiates carrier agreements and determines the discount level used for AddOnCost and AddOnCharge

Cultivate strategic partnerships with customers and vendors while in constant pursuit of solutions that advance profitability, growth and cash flow for P&T
