InternAcademy Museum of Motion Pictures is offering an internship with STARZ as part of the Academy Gold Program. The role involves assisting the Original Programming team in analyzing story properties and gaining knowledge about premium television development.

Responsibilities
Primary duties include script reading, coverage, research
Learning the notes process, and basic administrative grid upkeep
Observe and participate in development conversations regarding active and internal development projects
The team is interested in fostering an aspiring television executive’s skill across all areas of television development
Intern will have one-on-one time with Original Programming assistants, giving them a chance to see the day-to-day aspects of the job and providing an opportunity for us to track their progress and comprehension of the department
Interns will have one-on-one time with Original Programming executives, giving them a chance to learn about career trajectories and higher-level responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in media and visual storytelling, particularly in Television and Film
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
Ability to create and deliver presentations
Strong time management and prioritizing tasks
Write clear and concise notes
Preferred
An interest in books/an avid reader a plus
