Professional Development and Training Coordinator
Ropes & Gray is a preeminent global law firm, and they are seeking a motivated Professional Development and Training Coordinator to play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing innovative learning experiences for their Litigation Department. The role involves designing training programs, mentoring interns, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance professional growth within the firm.

Responsibilities
Serve as an integral member of our Litigation training team, working closely with the Senior Professional Development and Training Manager and leading junior team members
Coordinate and enhance our new associate camp for the Litigation Department, collaborating with training partners, the Litigation Training Committee, and the Attorney Development and PD&T Teams
Partner with internal and external experts to develop and implement engaging training for Litigation associates at all levels, including cutting-edge topics such as e-discovery, ethics, and Gen AI
Organize and manage associate cohort summits, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful content
Recruit and supervise Northeastern interns, providing guidance and fostering professional growth
Support key committees and teams, coordinate focus groups, and oversee training attendance tracking and reporting to ensure continuous relevancy and improvement
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Resourcefulness and Problem-Solving: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at finding creative solutions and exercising sound judgment

Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in Microsoft Office
Preferred
At least two years of experience in a large law firm setting preferred
Familiarity with CE Manager a plus
Strong understanding of legal practice areas and professional development best practices
