Senior Recruiter
Aspen Standard Wealth is building a national RIA platform and is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate hires and partner firms. This role involves defining and standardizing hiring practices while problem-solving recruiting models in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Independently manage the full-cycle recruiting processes for Aspen's own hiring
Support the strategy and hiring of financial advisors and business development professionals for Aspen's partner firms
Enhance and enforce the new Aspen way of hiring
Problem-solve the service offerings and structure of Aspen with its partner firms
Qualification
Required
5-15 years of recruiting experience with clear career success, with a history of self-sourcing candidates
Experience in startups, wealth management recruiting or at executive search firms
Experience recruiting using structured, skills-based recruiting methods
