Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units, including trading, LNG, crude oil, refined products, and infrastructure projects
Define and execute capital strategies, project financing, and investment frameworks for multi-billion-dollar initiatives
Manage investor relations, fundraising, and reporting, ensuring confidence and alignment with strategic objectives
Oversee financial risk, governance, and compliance, aligning with regional and global regulations
Provide executive guidance on project structuring, commercial models, and large-scale investment decisions
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance finance team, fostering accountability, strategic thinking, and execution excellence
Drive financial innovation, integrating advanced analytics, digital tools, and scenario planning for complex multi-asset operations
Qualification
Required
Senior executive experience in corporate finance, investment, or financial leadership within energy, trading, or infrastructure companies
Proven track record in multi-billion-dollar project finance, investor relations, and complex operational finance
Deep knowledge of regional regulations, capital markets, and multi-asset energy operations
Exceptional strategic, analytical, and leadership skills, with influence at C-level and board-level decision-making
Fluent in English; Hebrew required
Experience with multi-jurisdictional finance is an advantage
