Trinil Oy is a property management company focusing on affordable housing, and they are seeking an Admin / Customer Service Associate to support operations at a 300-unit affordable housing community in Downtown LA. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate support to residents, many of whom may be part of vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities
Provide daily customer service and administrative support for residents and staff
Support de-escalation efforts and collaborate with service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with property operations
Uphold safety, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
Use essential systems and applications (Outlook, Teams, Yardi, Maintenance IQ, MyQ, SharePoint, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Experience working with individuals in DTLA mental health environments using compassion, patience, and trauma-informed approaches
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional
Willingness to learn trauma-informed care and de-escalation practices
Bilingual: Spanish required for daily communication
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
