The ideal candidate will design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to supply chain functions (e.g., inventory, logistics, procurement, demand planning)
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models
Optimize data models using DAX and Power Query for performance and usability
Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify key metrics and ensure accurate data representation
Integrate data from multiple sources including manual sources, data warehouses, and cloud platforms
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all visualizations
Provide training and support to business users on Power BI usage and self-service capabilities
Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices, recommending improvements where applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field
5–7 years of experience in Power BI development, with a focus on supply chain analytics
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Experience with row level security implementation in self-service and reporting solutions
Experience with PBI performance tuning
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs
Familiarity with SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Microsoft certifications (e.g., DA-100, PL-300) are a plus
