Responsibilities
Oversee the operational performance of the retail branch network, as directed by the VP, Retail Banking
Stay current with policy and regulatory requirements
Provide a level of support to retail management and branch colleagues via coaching, training and mentoring to ensure a compliant and exceptional customer experience
Be a valued partner to other lines of business across the Bank
Qualification
Required
Five years of progressive Retail Banking experience required, Banking Administration preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of banking compliance regulations and branch operation functions required
Demonstrated understanding of core banking systems functionality required, prior experience with business control record a plus
Proven leadership abilities required, and demonstrated organizational skills
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
