This role involves managing a full caseload of personal injury matters, client communications, and working closely with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of Arizona personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with accuracy and timeliness
Handle client communications with professionalism and empathy, keeping clients informed throughout the case lifecycle
Coordinate depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and expert consultations
Negotiate liens and medical bills to maximize client recovery
Work closely with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
Oversee case deadlines, calendaring, and ensure compliance with Arizona state and federal court rules
Provide mentorship and leadership as the Phoenix team expands

Required

7+ years of hands-on experience in Arizona personal injury law as a Paralegal or Case Manager
Demonstrated success managing cases independently with minimal supervision
Strong drive, initiative, and ability to thrive in a startup office environment
In-depth knowledge of Arizona personal injury procedures, courts, and litigation practices
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with case management software, legal systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
