Responsibilities

Organize the red team to design new behaviors and challenges for the Arena

Supervise red teaming and reporting on private engagements with labs and enterprises

Use Slack, Linear, Discord, our Arena design editor, and AI tools to deliver red-teaming results on time and with high quality

Work under our VP Product; with our product, marketing, and engineering teams; and with partners at frontier labs and enterprises; to coordinate the work of hundreds of red teamers across many parallel workstreams, aligning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across contributors you won’t directly manage

Announce Arena challenges and updates to the community, synthesize product feedback from participants, and talk in-depth with users via Discord
