Meeting Street is currently seeking a Director of Early Childhood Programs to oversee all early childhood programs and services in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The role involves executive leadership, budget management, and developing new opportunities for programmatic growth.

Responsibilities

Executive leadership of all early childhood programming includes reporting and monitoring of existing program performance in accordance with agency values, operating goals and all applicable federal, state and agency policies, procedures and regulations

Identify and develop new opportunities for programmatic growth and thought leadership within the national early childhood arena

Develop and manage annual budgets, revenue projections and growth plans related to early childhood programs

Lead the interviewing, hiring, orienting, and supervising of all members of the early childhood senior management team

Establish training program for all early childhood personnel ensuring staff is fluent in program eligibility and services available through all Meeting Street programs

Design and deliver monthly an outcomes measurement report to the President to track and measure the success of all early childhood services; creating corrective action plans as needed

Participate in statewide committees and build relationships with program regulators. As well as build relationships with colleges and universities to provide internship and school-to-career opportunities to students
