Responsibilities

Represent employers in a wide range of employment law matters

Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation

Provide day-to-day employment law counseling and strategic advice to clients

Draft and review employment-related documents

Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive motions, briefs, and position statements

Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances

Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff, as needed

Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
