Responsibilities
Prepare the surgical area, instruments, and equipment before each procedure
Assist the surgeon during procedures by anticipating the surgeon's needs and assisting as required
Keep surgical areas and instruments clean and sterilized
Monitor and record patient vitals and ensure patient comfort and safety
Prepare and provide post-operative instructions and materials to patients
Perform other duties as assigned by the surgeon or office manager
Qualification
Required
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
A strong attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
A high school diploma
Preferred
No experience required, but preferred. We will train as needed
