Regional Sales Manager - Midwestern
LifeSpice Ingredients is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial seasoning company headquartered in downtown Chicago. They are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to help expand their presence throughout the Midwest by driving new customer growth and deepening existing partnerships.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow business across the Midwest region
Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities (including cold outreach)
Deepen partnerships with current customers to expand sales
Manage customer-specific projects from ideation to commercialization
Work closely with R&D, Quality, Client Services, and Marketing to exceed customer expectations
Represent LifeSpice at regional and national trade shows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of food-industry sales experience with existing industry contacts
Proven track record of driving growth and managing accounts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly
Willingness to travel 50%+
