Richmond American Homes is a proud builder of various home brands and is seeking a professional, experienced Director/VP of Finance. In this role, you will lead all finance and accounting functions, improve financial performance, and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for cost control in the division

Development and implementation of procedures that impact budgets, costs and strategic goals

Preparation and review of pro formas, financial statements, forecasts and G&A expenditures

Partnering with the Division President and other leaders to increase overall division performance
